Bildungsportal [education portal] – mobile app

The Bildungsportal app has been available since May 2024. The mobile Bildungsportal offers the option of using the central portal, which teachers, pupils and parents previously used in a web browser, as an app on a smartphone. The app includes an intuitive dashboard with various widgets to facilitate school administration and access to numerous partner applications from the education sector. News articles and personalised notifications keep everyone involved up to date.

Pupils and their parents have access to timetables and the personal archive with all important documents, among other things. Teachers and school administrators benefit from extended functions for the efficient management of school information and classes.

All teachers, pupils, parents and school staff are invited to download the mobile Bildungsportal (→ BMBWF) from the respective app stores and discover the numerous functions.

capito KI

"capito KI" is a tool for simple and comprehensible texts. The tool simplifies texts in three language levels. It analyses texts and makes suggestions for improvement. → capito KI is available as a browser and Microsoft Office add-in.

Gütesiegel Lern-Apps [seal of approval for learning apps]

The Gütesiegel Lern-Apps is a proof of quality awarded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF) for digital mobile learning applications that have undergone a standardised evaluation and certification process.

The seal of approval is intended to provide teachers, pupils and parents with guidance and assistance in selecting innovative products that are already on the market. The certified learning apps are presented on the Gütesiegel website (→ BMBWF).
