Equal Treatment Commissions
Caution
These rules apply to all EU citizens in Austria.
The Equal Treatment Commissions have been set up to review and identity possible violations of the requirement on equal treatment.
Depending on whether the employment relationship is a public or federal government one, it is either the Equal Treatment Commission for the Private Sector or the Federal Equal Treatment Commission that is the responsible body.
State and municipal departments have their own Equal Treatment Commissions.
